Report to the SME Team Leader designated and will provide status and other assistance as required. Participate in requirements analysis and quality assurance testing. Document defects in quality assurance testing. May be required to review requirements documentation from the vendors to determine accuracy of the intended solution Possess experience in the area of Long Term Care as related to Medicaid activities. These activities include eligibility determination, claims processing, and case management within the legacy MMIS and the new MMIS upgrade. Experience in the areas of Member Management and Waiver Program Management related to Medicaid activities is a plus. Provide subject matter expertise to support the efforts driven by the HFS BIP Program and Policy Director. Required Skills: 2 years of experience with managing a Long Term Care business process area. 2 years of experience and knowledge of Medicaid Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) 2 years of experience with the Medicaid program and function of long term care services 2 years of industry experience in Medicaid Management Information Systems 2 years of experience documenting program deliverables, progress, and status 2 years of experience gathering and writing business requirements for system development 2 years of experience producing professional business documentation 2 years of experience utilizing a data warehouse for analytical purposes 3 years of experience using MS Word and Excel Good working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate in a business setting.
