*Role : Financial Business Analyst*

*Location:   Newark, NJ*



*(GREEN CARD or USC only)*

*Key responsibilities:*

•Working as a liaison between business partners and system developers with
responsibility for documenting detailed business requirements and system
specifications
•Documenting as-is and to-be processes
•Developing test scripts and conducting both unit and integration tests
•Assisting with user testing and documentation
•Setting up and updating metadata configurations for market and assumption
data warehouse
•Assist in preparation of user training and communications
•Providing end-user support including issue resolution and remediation
•Updating and monitoring project tasks and plans with the project manager

*Qualifications: *

The ideal candidate would have strong written and oral communication
skills, good understanding of financial concepts, well-developed analytic
reasoning and curiosity, and some project experience in a team-based
environment

•College degree in Information Systems, Accounting or Finance is
preferable---other majors are acceptable
•2-5 years experience working as a business analyst, financial
analyst or project team member in finance/accounting/investment/actuarial
fields
•Excellent analytical abilities and problem solving skills
•A conscientious; detail-oriented nature
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (particularly Word
and Excel) is required

*Other Comments: *

• Experience with market, macroeconomic or assumption data is a plus.
