*Role: Business Data Analyst with *billing system experience** *Location: Grapevine, TX* *Rate: Market- ALAP * *Duration: 10 months* *Description:* -Position requires an individual experienced with research and analysis where one is able to link common scenarios to determine root cause for billing issues. -Must be able to maneuver between billing tools and systems to conduct research and analysis and have the capacity to run SQL queries to assist with research activity. -Must have billing system experience and be able to quickly learn new processes, as well as experience in the following software: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook. In addition, analyst expertise to manually research billing fallout errors/issues on individual accounts. -Requires 3 years related experience or college degree.
