Location: Timonium, MD, 

Duration: till end of year (probably longer), 

Rate: $25 /hr
 
Explanation for Position: Work with the ORION Pilot test development team to
prototype reports and map verification processes.
 
Details of Position:
This person will be an individual contributor on the development team coding
and
unit testing prototype software used to refine the functional requirements
for the
ORION project.
 
Management Skills: Capacity to work as member of a team, communicate clearly
both orally and written,
C++ knowledge and C# .Net development knowledge
 
 
Primary Skill: C# .NET
 
Additional Skills:
SQL Language - Beginner
SQL Programming - Beginner
C# .NET - Advanced
.NET Environment - Intermediate
C++ - Intermediate
Visual Studio 2005 for .NET Developers - Intermediate
FLUENT VERBAL ENGLISH SKILLS ARE REQUIRED
