Please reply me back with your most updated resume. *Position: Storage Admin* *Location: Alpharetta, GA* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Job Responsibilities:* · Support Network Attached Storage (NAS) / Netapp platform · Strong experience in Netapp 7-mode and cluster-mode configuration and support · In-depth knowledge of Netapp Snap suite of products (Snapmirror, Virtual Storage console, SnapManager for Oracle, SnapManager for SQL etc.), ISCSI, NFS, CIFS · Configuration and support of NDMP backups between a Netapp and third party backup products · Storage migration from 7 mode to Cluster mode using 7TT and WFA · Experience with VSC Backups · Knowledge in Windows clusters, VMware troubleshooting, SQL Clustering and Virtual storage troubleshooting mandatory · Responsible for infrastructure Support and projects including system design, planning, installations, configurations, upgrades and planning. Work with global team to ensure a smooth project deployment · Provide storage infrastructure system management including capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning, security management etc. · Should Manage Tier-3 support following ITIL practice and incident management · Proven experience in complex, enterprise level NAS platform in a mission critical environment · Experience in Disaster recovery procedure for Windows, Unix & VMware Environment · Should Leads technical assessments of hardware, software, tools, applications, firmware, middleware, and operating systems to support business operations. *Basic Requirements:* · At least 8-10+ years of experience in Netapp · Prior experience with onsite/offshore model, 24*7 production support, customer coordination · Team lead experience managing team of 5-10 offshore resources · Exposure to SLA management · Four year engineering degree from a reputed University · Excellent Communication skill in English *Thanks & Regards* *Anurag Srivastava | IDC Technologies Inc* 1851 McCarthy Boulevard, Suite 116, Milpitas, CA, USA, 95035.
