Job Title: Test Manager
Location: Columbia, SC

DSS is seeking a Test Manager to be responsible for working with the State
and software development contractor to plan and execute a successful user
acceptance testing. The Test Manager is also responsible for monitoring and
ensuring the proper execution of the development contractor’s test
management plans and processes.

Scope of Work:
Produce, while working with the State Project Team and System Development
Contractor, and manage the detailed step by step test plans for acceptance
testing. These plans encompass input data, testing conditions, and expected
results.
Monitor and report the execution of the System Development Contractor’s
performance under the CFS Project contract as it relates to all testing
phases. This involves working with System Development Contractor’s tools
and appropriately extracting data to produce metrics and reports.
Assisting with developing processes and plans for functional, system,
integration, regression, performance/stress, and acceptance testing
performed on the CFS Project and ensure that they are followed
Work with Requirements Manager(s) to ensure product requirements are
testable
Work with Development Manager(s) to ensure that developed components are
testable
Clearly understand the testing deliverables needed for all phases of testing
Working with System Development Contractor, the State Project Team and end
users in establishing test cases and test scenarios in a manner that will
ensure that all requirements are thoroughly tested
Assist in the successful transition from acceptance testing to pilot. This
will involve working with the State and the System Development Contractor
in incident management and communication.
Work with the System Development Contractor to meet deliverable goals
Build, update, and manage the testing sections of the project schedule
Manage and report testing results by State and other user staff for
acceptance test activities as described in applicable plans
Anticipating, identifying, and implementing test process changes as
appropriate
Reporting and/or confirming the System Development Contractor’s reporting
of testing status and status of related activities being performed or
monitored
Overseeing incident reporting and correction process
Ensuring that appropriate test metrics are produced and monitored
Ensuring the Test Plans are being followed
Ensuring that the test database is updated

REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE MANAGING AN IT TESTING TEAM
3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE MANAGING A CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT TESTING TEAM

Role: Test Manager
Location: New Castle, Delaware
Duration: 3-6 Months

The Test Manager will be working with a team performing triage processes
for defects in collaboration with the vendor. The Test Manager will be
tracking execution and progress toward execution and defect
management/resolution. The Test Manager will review test plans, scripts,
cases, and scenarios for accuracy and quality. The Test Manger must have
knowledge of batch processing.  Test Manger will be involved with
coordinating activities for testing batch processes.
Client is seeking a talented test manager with strong understanding of
system testing including test strategy creation, test scenario creation,
execution, monitoring & reporting. This applicant should have past
supervisory / lead experience of the ability to work independently with
little to no daily supervision. Experience using various testing
methodologies, tools is essential. In addition they should have experience
translating project requirements to test requirements, writing test cases,
scripts, identifying or creating test data and executing test cases.
The candidate should know how to record results in a system logging and
tracking defects in system. Not only will candidates be joining a project
team, they will be joining a team of resources dedicated to delivering
engagements focused on common tools, technologies, and methodologies.

Job Title: QA / Test Manager with (MMIS, Medicaid, Health, Healthcare)
Location: Columbia, SC

Skills Needed:
Quality management experience on major IT healthcare systems development
Strong background and at least six years in healthcare insurance operations
(payer or provider side; government or commercial side). Experience in
multiple business areas is a plus. Note: IT operations are not the same as
