Please send the resumes at alb...@cncconsulting.com *Job Title : Project Manager* *Location: Olympia, WA* *Duration: 12 Months* *Need 3 references* *May require a sample project report* The Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) initiated a Cloud Technology Integration Project (CTI) to engineer an enterprise-wide infrastructure for DSHS administrations. The goal is to implement cloud computing technology at the administration level using an architecture compliant with statutory data security requirements. Multiple projects phases are anticipated with likely parallel activities. Microsoft Cloud Technology includes the following suites: Office 365, Enterprise Mobility Suite, and Azure Government. Early project efforts began in late 2015, when DSHS, along with 11 other state agencies, participated in a study conducted by Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS) and administered by Washington Technology Solutions (WA-Tech). The goal of these early efforts was to elicit general comments on the existing Office 365 deployment, departmental requirements and where opportunities for improvement could exist in the collaboration environment. Specifically, the discovery sessions were designed to help understand the key factors governing the collaboration capabilities and needs from both business and technology perspectives. Concurrently, DSHS conducted an internal analysis of security requirements and the security components of cloud computing. The analysis resulted in a Business Case document outlining the agency’s requirements for secure cloud architecture and access controls. The proposed Project Manager must: (1) Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience performing project management for complex projects which cross multiple organizations and involved multiple applications. This experience must include at least three successful technology projects where the project was completed on-time, on-budget, and delivered the expected results; two of these projects must have been for government agencies; (2) Have expert level experience developing master or project plans/work breakdown structures using Microsoft ProjectTM; (3) Have experience with project status reporting and executive sponsor briefings; (4) Be familiar with the operation of Washington state government; and (5) Have experience providing project management consultation for cross functional (or multi agency) projects with varying levels of project management maturity. Desired Qualifications DSHS prefers that the proposed Project Manager have the following qualifications: (1) Have knowledge of change management and integration for major IT implementation, and have participated in policy development; (2) Have experience providing project management services for enterprise initiatives; and (3) Have experience providing project management services for projects of a similar size.
