This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and broad information related technical proficiency. This individual is responsible for representing the Information Management Group in projects related to data repositories and report generation for line of business with an understanding of the enterprise impact of the development effort. Responsibilities will include translating business requirements into reporting solutions. Such functions would include working alongside the other Information Management subgroups during project to help ensure the physical design meets the functional and performance requirements of the end-user application. He / she will leverage major information architecture platforms and the experience of the Information Management & Development Group to apply the best alternatives for reporting / data repository solution. In general, he / she should be comfortable discussing information architecture concepts, disciplines and practices as they relate to reporting and data repositories. He / she will help to define and promote best practices on report and universe development and management. He/she should be able to apply business and application knowledge to understand the overall reporting / data model to ensure its appropriate placement within the Client IT infrastructure.
