Title : Sr. Flex Developer Location : Palo Alto, CA Duration : 6 Month Contract We are looking for an outstanding Sr. Flex Developer to join our client’s dynamic software engineering team. We really need a top tier engineer who brings an understanding of object-oriented languages who has a solid theoretical foundation in computer sciences such as data structures, computational algorithms and operating systems. This position will be a part of a small, tightly knit team so you must be willing (and eager) to work in all parts of the system. Responsibilities: Programming in Flex, Java, AJAX and Oracle Participate in the analysis, design, development, and testing of the new simplified user interface. Develop new products and perform upgrades, enhancements or maintenance to existing products Effectively participate in functional/technical group discussions with team members and requirements definition meetings with the Product team and a variety of clients Explore product requirements to figure out technical difficulties, recommend implementation approaches, and draft functional specifications (FRDs) Create iterative prototypes of the user experience (both on paper and working) to gather and respond to early user feedback.
