Experience with architecting and implementing J2EE, expertise in components
design using Java and strict adherence to J2EE design patterns
Experience in design and development modular re-usable components for Java
Enterprise Applications using UML, Rational
Ability to analyze or recommend commercially available software or other IT
architectural components
Ability to prioritize work and establish deadlines, assign responsibilities
and monitor progress of team members
Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work
and work of the project team. Develop contingency plans as necessary
Manage requirement gathering and change management process
