This should be someone who has experience with all phases of medium to large sized projects ($500K - $5m) in a large corporate environment similar to Client. Experience as analyst on large financial BW project is desired. Local Preferred *Qualifications:* * * *SAP and Project Experience* * * Several SAP implementations and go-live experience with personal involvement in design, actual configuration, and testing Business process re-engineering expertise in Finance Reporting processes: SAP FICO, BW experience using finance data Understanding of related modules and processes: SAP ECC applicationexpertise – IM, PP, SD, and BW modules Professional collaboration with business partners and teammates Team leadership skills and experience with project management methodology, planning, status reporting, and issue resolution. Ability to lead and influence the team members to leverage the capabilities already built into the current solution. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specs or configuration. Good presentation and communications skills - resource would be potentially working with Customers, End Users, Process Teams, and multiple IT organizations Experience developing training strategies and delivering training to business clients FICO / BW Solution Design, Build, and Implement Experience Experience gathering and prioritizing relevant Finance business requirements and designing appropriate SAP BW solution for highly complex business scenarios. Ability to translate the solution into configuration and application development requirements. Experience developing functional and technical specifications supporting FICO / BW processes Good knowledge of user exits and customizing techniques – capability to design functional specification for user exit enhancement and work with developer through coding and testing. Ability to Work with Developers to Clarify Requirements, Evaluate Development Approaches, and Communicate Test Results Excellent skills in configuring FICO / BW processes Ability to work closely with project team members to define Report requirements for both SAP ECC and BW Capability to work with functional experts in all process areas through the design and implementation of reports.
