Monitoring project team to enable project to implement monitoring on each
application.  Key skills required:  Experience with Security Information
Event Management software, Technology Auditing, Financial Services
Regulatory Compliance and excellent writing and communication skills.  Must
be capable of interfacing with senior-level management.  Intermediate UNIX

Responsibilities;

Support AFS Ops readiness & Business Process project Manager

Responsible for conducting User Requirements sessions and documenting

Review Current Target Operating model and process flows to understand
current process and document future process, interfaces, Forms etc.

Understand the Citizens systems landscape, interfaces and process quickly
and drive requirement sessions

Work with AFS, Business stakeholders, technology to clarify and resolve
issues

Own the deliverables, resolve roadblocks and drive results

Technical Knowledge:

Strong organization & Business Operations knowledge and skills

Effective writing and communication skills. Ability to convey ideas using
Powerpoint, diagrams to enable quick business decisions

Proficient  in all MS Office suite of applications including Visio

Self starter, team player and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in Commercial Loan or Operational Commercial Banking
environment a plus

Strong knowledge of Financial processes, interfaces (ACH, SWIFT) and
terminology

Prior experience with Commercial Loan system implementation a plus

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with the focus on results

People Management:
