IMMED NEED OF PeopleSoft Functional SME (Subject Matter Expert)
Job Tittle : PeopleSoft Functional SME (Subject Matter Expert) Location : Phoenix, AZ Duration : 7 Months Complete Description: PeopleSoft Functional SME (Subject Matter Expert) with extensive experience and knowledge in Cash Management, Billing & Accounts Receivable in v 8.8, 8.9, 9.0 and 9.1. Prior experience of working on upgrade project (v 8.8) or later is essential. In addition to functional knowledge the candidate should also possess technical knowledge of PS Query, Crystal, SQR and working on multiple integration touch points between PeopleSoft Financials and other applications based on different technologies e.g. Integration Broker, Application engine, SQR. In addition to hands on configuration experience the person should be expert in documenting Functional Specifications, test case creation & execution, support the functional and technical team in customization retrofits/enhancements, defect analysis & resolution and assist with migrations, testing execution and cutover. The PeopleSoft functional SME responsibilities will also include transferring knowledge on new PeopleSoft functionality (9.0 & 9.1) to the APS SME to continue support of the application after the upgrade. Knowledge needed includes but not limited to; Bank, Branch and account management, Bank-PeopleSoft integration points, automatic and semi automatic reconciliation process, bank transfer templates, deposits, invoice, payments & maintenance worksheet functionality, customer management, refunds, and invoice processing from third party applications.
