experience would be huge.But we are open to WCS Developers who haven't

duties and responsibilities:Role is highly visible to the business and
client stakeholdersLead resolution to every day challengesProvide direction
to the Client offshore teamIncident management and Root Cause
analysisProvide status reporting for internal and client useProvide on-call
on a rotational basisWork with the development team and LT to address any
escalations or attend to any risksWork with the Client offshore Lead to
provide and bring all incidents to closureCommunicate to client
stakeholders in technical and non-technical languageNeed to have a sense of
urgency in every activity.*
