*Experience/Skills Required:*
· Minimum 5 years IT Project Management experience implementing
large packaged software applications
· Minimum 3 years experience operating as part of a centralized
PMO/governance team within a medium/large sized IT organization
· Strong understanding of implementation project methodology,
including best practices on how to deliver projects on-time, on-budget and
in-scope. Demonstrated ability to apply understanding of that methodology
to PMO governance/oversight activities.
· Experience in constructing/implementing PMO standards.
· At least intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office
tools, including Project, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
· Very strong communication (written & verbal), analytical, and
problem identification/solving skills
· Strong experience around PMO risk/issue management and status
reporting - both from a content perspective (detecting & solving problems)
and from a presentation perspective (preparing presentations for
management).
· Experience operating in a global, matrix environment
