Interactive User Interface design/development Experience: Web 2.0 implementation/Java Web Application Experience. 2. Either Flex or Object Oriented JavaScript experience. 3. Adobe Flex: Flex 3, ActionScript 3.0, MXML, MATE, BlazeDS, Event handling, Data Binding, AS3 XML handling 4. Object Oriented JavaScript: Knowledge of any JS framework like ExtJs, Dojo, Prototype, JQuery or equivalent. Event handling. 5. Eclipse IDE experience. Good to Have : 1. Agile Development: Experience with Agile/RAD type environments as well as full project lifecycle environments 2. CSS or Flex skinning experience. 3.
