Solid database administration, PL/SQL knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle V10 and SQL2005/2008 experience. Experience with performance tuning large databases. Knowledge of Oracle RAC, Dataguard, Enterprise Manager. Experience Replication, backup and recovery Solid understanding of relational database design, including actual design experience. Exposure and solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and techniques. Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities. Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities, demonstrated knowledge of change management, and experience implementing new process/technology to standardize operations. Exceptional communication and time management skills with the ability to track and ensure the success of multiple simultaneous projects. Excellent analytical and technical skills. Working knowledge of ITIL principles and practices.
