*Job Description:*

1. *Scrum Coach -*

· For a large agile transformation several Scrum coaches are needed
to support its development teams.

· The coaches must have deep expertise in Scrum, and have
experience of working with Product Owners, Engineering Teams and PMO
professionals to drive successful agile transformation programs.



2. *Scrum Master / Program Manager -*

· This requirement is for a highly skilled and experienced Program
Manager with deep knowledge of Agile Software Development and strong
Engineering Program Management skills developed through working in a
fast-paced, rapidly-changing electronic commerce or web development
environment.

· They must be a certified Scrum Master with at least two-years
hands-on experience of working with Scrum Teams, and they must have at
least 5 years’ experience of working as an Program Manager supporting large
Web Development or eCommerce Engineering Teams.

- Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling
in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example: Burndown
techniques,  Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc)
- Experience of working with Project tracking and monitoring tools such as
Rally
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Preferable to have experience in working with Data Management and reports
