Here is the job description: Title: ITIL Consultant Location: Plano, TX Duration: 10+ month contract All submittals must include the answers to the Hiring Manager's questions. If not included, submittal will be automatically declined. Provide Company with feedback on best practices for installations, and project best practices. Act as consultant to Company's team for project rollout requirements. Be able to identify required activities and durations. Be able to quickly ramp up and learn the Company culture and environment. *Skill Sets:*** Successful experience in the installation and configuration of the following HP Tools: Service manager 7(all modules); Service Center; ITIL Foundation and Practioner Certified. ITIL Master certification would be helpful. Knowledge of the following tools would be helpful Installation of uCMDB, Dependency and Discovery mapping and Release Control. *Required Qualifications:*** Minimum 10 years experience. ITIL certifications, Operational Experience using ITIL practices.
