*Title- IBM Integration Bus DEVELOPER * *Location- Philadelphia, PA 15222* *Duration- 12+ month * *Position Description:* · Project: Conversion from WebSphere to IIB. o Call out to a vendor platform o Packaging up the data internally, then supplying the data to the vendor. · 50-75% of the work will be hands-on · Provide leadership to an agile based development team · Builds out SOA based web service solutions in IIB · Understand the strategic direction set by management · Help team create tasks which lead to a solution that meets the need · Drive implementation patterns, review code and support developers in their tasks · Participate in process improvement discussions. · Remain current on related technology and industry topics and apply the appropriate development expertise and quality assurance practices to enhance the process or product. Required Skills: · Must have 3+ years hands on development experience with IIB (IBM Integration Bus) · 5+ years’ experience implementing large scale Middleware applications · 3+ years leading a team of developers in a mature SDLC environment · 3+ years hands-on experience with ESQL · Strong understanding of service oriented architecture (SOA) principles · Proven experience building SOAP based web services and knowledge of WSDLs and XSDs. · Strong understanding of version control and branching strategy. · Basic understanding of Agile and scrum. Previous experience working on a scrum team preferred. Bonus Skills: · Additional experience with WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus (WESB) preferred. · Experience working with XML/UML modeling tool preferred. · Experience working with ClearCase preferred. · Collaborate well with others.
