*Role : Agile Project Manager * *Location Atlanta, GA * *Duration : 6 months + Contract * Need Agile project Manager Not Scrum master (SCM) Must have strong Agile & Product Development Experience , Some One who has managed the Product Development team OR Product Development Company . Must have managed Product Development projects PMP and Agile certification is nice to have What is the specific title of the position? • Project Manager If so, please describe the team? (Name of team, size of team, etc.) • Revenue Workflow Solutions Team, 70+ people What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis) • Leads and directs high-priority Agile software release projects • Conducts regular meetings with project teams to review the current status of the project including technical, schedule, and labor issues *• Responsible for all phases of the Agile SDLC and associated deliverables • Works with the Program Manager to facilitate release planning and release execution • Works with Product Management, Product Owners, and Business Owners to help assure strategy and execution alignment* • Manages risks, dependencies, and escalates impediments • Provides input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks • Monitors team dynamics and team accountability related to delivery commitments • Manages and ensures project status and Planview resource plans are kept up to date on a weekly basis • Enforces the use of the project’s Change Control Process What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? • Microsoft Office, Planview, CA Agile Central / Rally, Sharepoint, Confluence What skills/attributes are a must have? • Exhibits good communication and relationship building skills • Practices servant leadership • Analyzes and investigates • Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise • Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise • Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others • Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area • Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines • Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise Thanks & Regards *Teja* Zodiac Solutions Inc.
