*Location: Hyderabad, AP* *Salary: Rs. 80,000 – 1.2 lakhs + Incentives* * * *We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to work at our office in Hyderabad for our US Operations who has PROVEN experience & CONTACTS in US IT recruitment and well versed in all IT Technologies.* * * *• MUST HAVE at least 2 years of Recruiting experience of contract/contract to hire and full time * *• Strong communication, interviewing and human networking skills. * *• Ability to handle the full-cycle sales and recruiting process. * *• Good Knowledge of the I.T. industry.* *• Should have experience in calling and screening, sourcing the candidates and submit to the client. * *• Maintain a Network for IT Subcontractors / Vendor Lists.* *• Experience in complete recruitment life cycle in US IT Staffing.* *• Should work without any guidance. * *• Must be willing to work Night Shift.* * * *Desired Candidate Profile* *• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with complete understanding of US staffing process.* *• Should be able to manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process. * *• Ability to source, screen, and interview, as well as technically evaluate potential candidates* *• Negotiate compensation packages with candidates as per the requirement* *• Ability to match prospective candidates to the right openings* *• Understand client requirements, source and shortlist candidates by searching job portals and other avenues* *• Identifying Jobs that are a Fit to the Existing Candidates and their Skill sets Via Job Portals IT Sub Contracting Vendors* *• To take responsibility and accountability for ensuring that the targets are met. Should be a go-getter* *• Strong time management and ability to follow through* *• Should be self motivated and open to suggestions.* *• Should have a pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
