Role 1:-SAP BW FUNCTIONAL ANALYST 1. 7+ years BW/HANA migration and upgrade, analyst experience. 2. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and to work successfully under pressure, e.g. correcting issues found during migration and testing such as BW transformations/ABAP correction, data loads and backend object level testing. 5. Can deal with ambiguity and requests for change. 6. Strong Visio, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and BW/Business Objects reporting tool skills and experience. 7. HANA and BW certification desired. Role 2:-SAP BI/HANA ARCHITECH 1. 10 years’ experience in BW and HANA architectures, BW/HANA technical migration and upgrade experience. 2. Proven ability to correct and resolve high complexity structural/performance issues during migration, upgrade and testing process. 3. Experience with and ability to plan technical migration and upgrade and communicate plan to other project team members. 4. Proven ability to lead others to successful project completion. 5. Interpersonal skills to be able to interface effectively with a broad range of contacts from technical staff to senior management. 6. Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and to work successfully under pressure, e.g. detailed planning, design and execution of overall technical migration and upgrade effort, overall system readiness and technical testing strategy. 7. Strong Visio, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and BW/Business Objects reporting tool skills and experience. 8. HANA and BW certification desired. Role 3: SAP BW SECURITY ADMINISTRATOR 1. 6+ years of BW and HANA security administration experience (create customized roles in HANA DB for Developers, Modelers, Technical Administrators, Power users). 2. Knowledge to control, and restrict access for HANA DB objects based on package on system privilege, Object Privileges and Analytic privileges. 3. Able to create schema level access control on HANA DB. 4. Knowledge on SAP BW Security Administration. 5. Knowledge to integrate SAP BW level security on HANA DB. 6. Knowledge to integrate BOBJ Security on HANA. 7. Knowledge of LDEP integration with HANA. 8. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. 9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 10. SAP HANA certification. 11. Work with SAP Security Admins for development of security design document, creation of new roles, modification of existing roles, resolution of security-related issues, coordination with analyst and Basis team members. 12. Strong analytical and problem solving skills Role 4:SAP BASIS / HANA ADMINISTRATOR *Mandatory Requirements* 1. 10+ years of BW/ HANA Administration experience. 2. Strong BW/ HANA upgrade and migration skills. 3. Experienced with the SAP DMO tool. 4. Knowledge on HANA administration. 5. Knowledge on SAP migration tools migration tuning to reduce the migration time line. 6. Strong knowledge and experience with the HANA Scale up and Scale out configuration. 7. Ability to troubleshoot and do problem resolution during the upgrade/ migration and later. 8. Knowledge on the performance tuning of HANA especially scale out systems. 9. Knowledge of RHEL, AIX and DB2. 10. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. 11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 12. Able to create install documents. 13. Able to create SAP Basis/HANA Admiration Handbook specific 14. SAP HANA installs certification. 15. SAP OS/DB migration certification. 16. Ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and to work successfully under pressure, e.g. running the DMO program, copying of system environments, migration process, basis housecleaning task list, OSS notes application and system monitoring. 17. Experience with NetWeaver BW 7.4 and BW 7.5, both traditional DB and HANA DB. 18. Experience with DB2 10.5, hosted on AIX. 19. Experience with HANA SPS 12, with Red Hat/Intel-based hardware platform. 20. Experience with at least Red Hat Enterprise Linux for SAP HANA (RHEL for SAP HANA) 6.7. 21. Experience with implementing a heterogeneous HANA landscape deployment (scale-up and scale-out as part of one landscape). 22. Experience with DMO as part of SUM – Preforming an In-Place upgrade and Migration as an overall unified activity. 23. Experience with HWCCT for TDI deployment. 24. Experience with ZBW_HANA_CHECKLIST. 25. At least 3 BW on HANA migrations within the last two years. 26. HANA integration with Solution Manager. 27.
