Hi , Hope your doing good, Job description is below, Please reply back with your updated resume ASAP…. * * *DB2Application DBA* *Chicago, IL* *-$50 hr* The DB2 Application DBA will provide deep DB2 subject matter expertise and technical leadership across all Data Warehouse projects and technology decisions. The DBA will be proficient in Performance Monitoring strategy and implementation. The DBA will conducts Performance Tuning on specific SQL and DB2 sub-systems and provide assistance with application integration. This is not a Production Support DBA, candidates should have worked with Development teams including ETL and BI Teams as an Application DBA (UDB v 9.5). MUST have strong Unix scripting skills and strong SQL. Candidate will work with both Development and Product Verification teams and work as a Systems DBA as well as monitor Production from the Applications development teams. Candidate will offer design, performance tuning and query optimization assistance. Should have experience in multi-node environment and summary tables.
