*Mandatory Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)*
· Must pass/obtain a Federal Suitability Clearance.
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
· Six (6) years demonstrated development experience with:
o Developing n-Tier .Net web applications in C#
o Client-side web development utilizing HTML. CSS, Bootstrap, Ajax,
JavaScript, JQuery, Angular JS
o Developing applications with an Oracle 10g/11g database, including
writing PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, triggers
o Using MS Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server for source code
management
o SQL programming and SQL querying tool (i.e. Toad or SQL Developer)
*Desirable Requirements*
· Three (3) years demonstrated experience:
o Working with HIPPA/HiTech requirements or similar standards
o Understanding and using LDAP and security protocols
o Developing Web Services with Windows Communication Foundation
o Utilizing Model View Controller (MVC)
o Developing operational reports using Crystal Reports
o Writing applications which comply with NYS Accessibility Standards
*Participate in a team approach to*
· Write new .Net applications and to maintain existing applications
· Work with Business Analyst(s) and Business Owners to determine
project feasibility, determine LOE, and perform analysis and design
· Build the business and presentation layer to meet the business
requirements
· Perform complex C# .Net coding
· Develop web applications with sophisticated user interfaces using
Angular JS, JavaScript and Jquery, or other client-side framework
· Write complex stored procedures/triggers in an Oracle database
utilizing PL/SQL tribute to the design and implementation of the metadata
and/or reporting components of the solution. This includes testing and, at
times, deployment of the components
· Perform unit and system testing and correct all identified bugs
· Ensure that development activities adhere to the team’s standards
and best practices so that overall application data integrity is maintained.
· Create operational reports and run ad hoc database queries
· Proactively communicate issues to team to assist in managing defects
