The tester supports quality assurance programs and processes in alignment

*Essential Job Functions:*

   3. Participate in Requirement & Design Doc review session; evaluate
   requirements & design docs from a quality test automation standpoint

   7. Document defects and evaluate priority of defect based on overall
   application functionality
   8. Coordinate Test script Reviews with stakeholders are being held as

   9. Perform various types of testing including white box, integration,
   back-end DB validation, system testing as needed
   10. Adhere to requirement review, defect writing & test script writing
   guidelines
   11. Coordinate testing efforts between 3rd party testing team
   12. Keep QA Lead informed of current state of quality and test progress
   13. Ensure completion of all deliverables within schedule, budget and
   quality constraints
   14. Participate in Root Cause Analysis sessions
   15. Ensure that projects follow prescribed software development life
   cycle standards.
   16. Develop and maintain good relationships with project team.
   17. Identify obstacles and roadblocks; and offer suggestions to work
   around obstacle.
   18. Help drive and improve QA process within the team you are assigned

The ideal candidate would possess:



*Team/Position specific requirements (Experience, Skills,

· 5+ years of relevant experience in software quality assurance

· Prior experience in Agile software development methodology (SAFe
approach preferred)

*REQUIRED:*

-Manage business sponsors expectations to ensure delivery of solutions.

-To manage teams of business analysts, technicians, administrators,
engineers, other vendors, quality teams, and support teams in accomplishing
project objectives within budget and scope of the project using proven
project management methodologies.

-This includes providing effective project management, meeting project
timeframes and budget requirements, motivating team members, and supporting
overall corporate objectives.

-Assist in the project estimation by preparing preliminary project plan
schedules and budgets for incorporation into Project Initiation documents.

-Assist in the identification of project staffing requirements, and
participate in the selection of team members.

-Also responsible for providing priorities and direction to project team
members, and keeping team members informed and motivated throughout the
course of the project.

-Prepare the detailed project plan -- tasks, schedules, and dependencies and
the project budget.

-Coordinate all project activities in accordance with established project
scope, schedules and budgets. Includes task
prioritization, anticipation of problems, scheduling shifts and conflict
resolution as needed.
-Also includes arranging and conducting regular project meetings, preparing
and distributing meeting minutes, and following up on meeting action lists
and assignments.

-Prepare and distribute regularly scheduled project updates to required
personnel, business sponsors, project team and management to ensure project
is set to be delivered on time and in budget.
-Experience on Wealth Management applications and tools is a plus.

*Role: Project Manager*

Location: Groton, CT

Duration: 3 Months

Rate: $50/hr.

Experience retiring legacy systems

This position will require to manage more than one project that will consist
of client personnel and business technology to define and document the
process for migrating data from legacy systems into the chosen Clinical Data
Management Systems. Also included will be decommission planning for the
legacy systems and a business process assessment for the new global
submissions publishing environment. This role will be mostly technical in
nature but will require a solid understanding of the business process and an
awareness of the integration activities of dependant systems. Project
Managers are responsible for ensuring the delivery of products and services
on time, within budget and scope and at highest levels of quality for CDM
clients. Project Managers serve as the clients primary contact. Project
Managers are responsible for planning, organizing and managing resources,
cost and deliverables for Oracle Clinical Projects. In addition, Project
Managers will work with external clients and vendors and should have strong
client facing skills preferably from a service organization point of view.
