In order to support the effort, we are looking for a senior level Developer with Microsoft’s System Center, Orchestrator and PowerShell scripting experience. They will work with Client resources to help ensure best practices, work with staff to complete project deadlines and to help guide and answer questions for existing Client staff in working with Orchestrator and PowerShell applications. In order to support the effort, we are looking for a Developer. *The Developer will be required to:* · Mentor current staff on the use of *PowerShell and Orchestrator*. Answer questions and guide employees in the proper ways for use of applications and offer suggestions on other learning opportunities as needed. · Creates, modifies, and runs PowerShell Scripts to enable quicker and more standard documented administrative processes. · Creates, modifies, and runs PowerShell Scripts to enable functionality through specific graphical interfaces needed by users at the client · Help automate the creation, monitoring, and deployment of SCSM resources using Microsoft Orchestrator and PowerShell for the Client IT. · Identify and fill gaps in knowledge through a transfer of best use cases and best practices for Orchestrator and PowerShell. · Document processes and changes through client standard practices. · Reviews current setup to discover potential improvement areas. · Provides detailed information on applications and setup when required/requested. · Ensures the value of the application is maximized through sharing ideas and findings. *Required Skills:* · The Developer applies expertise on complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring original and innovative thought to determine the best course of action to accomplish tasks. The Developer works closely with SCSM developers, Enterprise IT staff and Technical leadership. · Microsoft’s System Center, Orchestrator and PowerShell experience desired · Operations background, support of large environments desired · Leadership and Mentoring experience required · Experience and skilled in installing application and best practices preferred. · 3 – 5 years’ experience working as a *PowerShell *professional in a government or corporate setting required. · 3 – 5 years’ experience as *Orchestrator* *run book* professional in a complex information systems environment required.
