Not just 10% of their day but their day should be Performance not functional *Role/Title: Performance Test Engineer * *Responsibilities (Deliverables): * · Plan and Design complex and Integrated Performance test scenarios for applications and infrastructure to be used for Integrated Load Testing. · Design and write performance test scripts using LoadRunner as well as custom test harnesses. Execute and coordinate monitoring of performance tests. · Analyze performance test results, identifying potential bottlenecks. · Produce comprehensive test reports and present findings to management. · Analyze application usage and server performance data as required. · Work with application development teams and business users to develop and validate performance requirements *Required Skill set: * · Three to five years planning, designing, executing and analyzing performance tests in a multi-tiered environment. Three to five years experience with LoadRunner.
