Tableau (must understand the Analysis aspect of it: Mobile, Online, Servers, Systems). * This isn't someone who has just touched little aspects of it, this is someone who is an SME with Tableau and is more of an analytical thinker rather who analyzes code. This piece is the deal-breaker for this role. They MUST be an expert with Tableau. PADI is looking to expand their existing DW. They have one cube and want to expand it, improve it's functionality, etc. PADI wants to create a dashboard (stemming from the DW Cube) so that Sales Managers/Field managers can access their data more easily. By doing so, they are purchasing Tableau. Tableau will allow the data to be visualized in a more concise, easy-to-use/view manner.
