I have interview times already set aside for Wed, Thurs and Monday of next week. *In person interview*, so candidates must be within driving distance of Philadelphia. Our consultant currently at the client site is doing technical screening via phone. This is an exclusive opening. Candidates must have Oracle and PL/SQL experience, it does not have to be their most recent, but someone with only SQL Server will not be considered. *Specific skills they will need are* VB.net ASP.net Visual Studio 2005 and 2007 required Web Services Visual Studio 2008 a big Oracle is the back end 10g The position will be for development of new applications for the testing process. This resource will need to work directly with the BA for the new Project as well as the business unit in designing the new application. So the background that is needed is good solid hands on development experience as well as application design experience to take the technical specs from the BA with input from the business unit and design the application and then develop the application based on the design. They will also need to have good PL/ SQL skills to write stored procedures against Oracle data base. They will be developing in a Scrum environment so any Scrum experience is a big plus.
