*Location:* Columbus, OH** *Duration: *10 Months LOCAL would be a huge plus but if not local candidates would have to be located near the New Jersey or Washington DC area for Tele presence interviewing. *Job Description which is given below * Designs & codes from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, & implements moderately complex software applications - Under general direction, devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity & limitations, operating time, & form of desired results. Ability to work on an Agile development environment - Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities - Monitor program execution for expected performance - Modifies, installs, & prepares technical documentation for system software applications - Monitors systems capacity & performance, plans & executes disaster recovery procedures, & provides Tier 2 technical support. - Provides high level written communications such as white papers, decision documents, or research papers - Identify, escalate & document production impact issues for the environment to confirmed delivery for client & business notification - B.S. Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering ' M.S. preferred - 4-8 years experience designing & developing enterprise applications using J2EE, XML/XSLT, SOAP, & Oracle technologies.
