Manage priorities from many facets of the organization . Build consensus from different constituencies in the organization . Establishes timelines, milestones & deadlines . Ensures project objectives and goals are correct and accepted by customers . Ensures proper and adequate resource leveling . Assigns responsibilities and tasks . Monitors and summarizes progress of project(s) . Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project(s) . Manages project in accordance with department standards . Ensures smooth project transition to operational status . Ensures effective communication between team members and teams ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/ABILITIES . Must have leadership qualities, friendly empathetic demeanor and strong desire to succeed. . Must have aggressive attitude and be eager to continue growing and learning. .
