Required: - Configuration of SAP CRM ERMS functionality, SMTP and email configurations. Configuration of Microsoft Exchange integration with SAP CRM. - Configuration of incoming/outgoing emails using ERMS workflow and ERMS rule modeling. - Configuration of policies and rules for handling emails with ERMS functions.
