Summary:
A development manager is needed to manage and control deliverables for the
IBM GEAC application development and support team.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Areas of expertise firmly required for this position are:
Coordinate schedule between staff managers
Coordinate work assignments/effort between staff managers
Coordinate the required CMMI-supported level 3 project documentation
Coordinate unit testing activities
Coordinate SIT activities
Coordinate change control with staff managers and client project manager
Coordinate the implementation, implementation playbook and/or
implementation forms
Coordinate required approvals
Coordinate the Project Status Report
Coordinate the Microsoft Project Server (MSPS) forecast
Maintain the project Issue Log
Manage the financial reporting of actual to estimate
Coordinate the closure activities
