Title: SAP SPECIALIST – BENEFITS
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 4 months
Rate: Open + Expenses
Job Description:
Ø Provides business expertise in the implementation and maintenance in
SAP HCM/SAP HR
Ø Works with in all areas of SAP HCM/SAP HR system implementation and
maintenance
Ø Works with third party vendors to monitor and ensure efficient and
proper operation and maintenance of system interfaces.
Ø Provides initial and recurrent training to Benefits staff on SAP
HCM/SAP HR processes.
Ø Audits current SAP HCM/SAP HR processes and provides recommendations
for process improvements.
Ø Fulfills the responsibilities of a Business Analyst, as needed.
Ø Must have a minimum of three years experience in a health and
welfare environment. Must have meaningful experience with SAP HCM/SAP HR
(3-5 years strongly preferred). PHR/SPHR preferred.
Ø Must understand SAP project life cycle
Ø Must understand touch points between SAP HCM/SAP HR and other
(Payroll, FI/CO, OM, PA, etc).
