Job Description:  SharePoint Administrator/Developer

This position is responsible for administration, maintenance, support, and 
strategic enhancements of SharePoint implementations, which house 
mission-critical functions and data that serve our company and clients. 

 

Required skills

. 7+ years Information Technology experience

. 1+ years of SharePoint 2007 (MOSS) development experience or 1+ 
years of Altiris Client Management Suite experience

. 2+ years of experience with Microsoft C# and/or other .NET 
language

. Demonstrated understanding and usage of object oriented design 
principles

. SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 administration, SQL  design, usage and 
troubleshooting

. Prior participation in a SharePoint implementation

. 2+ years experience with InfoPath

. Proven team oriented developer with demonstrated ability to 
deliver quality solutions on time

. Proficient with MS Office suite

. Excellent skills in managing executive expectations; people and 
interpersonal skills

. Highly motivated individual with very good analytical skills 
dedicated to completing tasks on schedule

. Strong design and development skills in Windows SharePoint 
Service (WSS) 3.0 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 and 
related software to create forms and workflows.

 

Preferred skills and certifications

. Technical focus on IT asset management, discovery, license 
management, and configuration management. 

. The individual should also demonstrate business effectiveness 
skills such as establishing total cost of ownership (TCO) models for IT assets 
and developing a cost savings business case for same.  The candidate should 
have a foundation understanding of ITIL best practices in the following areas:  
Service 


Transition, Service Operations.

. ITIL v3 Foundation certification

. Scrum or other Agile certification and experience

Description:

SharePoint (3.0) Administrator with strong application admin and web
administration. 

* This person will be more on the production side of things and must
understand and have experience with application deployments and
administration including change control policies. 

* Must be a team player, with solid communications and team

* Must have experience following strict standards w/ regards to
