Experience with the management of Microsoft Dynamics CRM technical
installations, including architecture design and integration with telephony
infrastructure. At least ten years of technical leadership experience. *

*Ø Deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment including
plug-ins, custom workflow assemblies, configuration, and best practices.*

*Ø Extensive hands-on and working knowledge if SQL Server, LINQ, SSRS,
SOA, REST, WCF, system integration methodologies, and design patterning
(MVP, MVC, etc…)*

*Ø Familiarity with ALM best practices.*

*Ø Experience with large scale multi-channel CRM projects*
* *
*Ø Experience with CRM projects and/or Call Centers that receive over 10
Million service requests or inquiries per year.*

*Ø Multiple years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM *

*Ø Excellent hardware and software trouble shooting skills.*

*Ø Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.*

*Ø 3-5 years of software development in a .Net environment*

*Ø Qualified candidates must have previous experience developing in an
IDE, preferably Visual Studio with .NET, C#, VBScript, and Microsoft SQL
Server 2005 (or higher)*
