*Skills:*

-Performs implementation and support of the client enterprise *Identity and
Access Management (IAM) system*

-Duties will include development and test of connectors and interfaces to
application systems, monitoring and update of IAM services, and
troubleshooting of IAM problems.

-Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in the
field Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and
procedures Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and
accomplish goals.

-Performs a variety of tasks May lead and direct the work of others. A wide
degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a
supervisor or manager.

Must have 10 years as total experience.

IBM WebSphere

LDAP replication implementation

ITIM, TAM, and LDAP tuning experience

Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI) experience

DB2 tuning in a Tivoli identity management system

Integration of Trust Association Interceptor (TAI++)

Java development skills and knowledge of ITIM API's

Experience migrating versions of TAM from TAM 5.1 to TAM 6.1

Experience migrating versions of ITIM from ITIM 4.6 to ITIM 5.1

Excellent communication and documentation skills
