   - *Hands on configuration experience in ECC 6.0. *
   - In depth, hands on configuration of SD and FI.
   - Full *order to cash process and configuration knowledge including
   revenue recognition, pricing, credit cards, sales tax and related interfaces
   to third party applications for credit cards and sales tax. *
   - Knowledge of integration points to other SAP modules particularly CRM
   and BI.

*Minimum Requirements**:*

SD FI Functional Solutions Manager

   - 8 years experience as an IT business systems analyst or related
   consulting or business role
   - 8 years experience implementing and supporting SAP
   - Hands on configuration experience in ECC 6.0.
   - Experience working with and supporting end users.
   - In depth, hands on configuration of SD and FI.

*Knowledge, skills & abilities*:

   - In depth knowledge of configuration of SD; basic knowledge of
   configuration of FI; some knowledge of configuration of CRM orders and flow
   to ERP
   - Knowledge of integration points to other SAP modules particularly CRM
   and BI.
   - Full order to cash process and configuration knowledge including
   revenue recognition, pricing, credit cards, sales tax and related interfaces
   to third party applications for credit cards and sales tax.
   - Good understanding of SAP implementation methodology and full life
   cycle implementation knowledge.
   - Ability to perform gap analysis, identifying opportunities for
   enhancements and making recommendations based on key findings during
   requirements gathering.
   - Ability to prepare functional specifications and work with developers.
   - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues in conjunction with
   developers, Basis administrators and technical analysts.
   - Sarbanes-Oxley change control requirements.
   - Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environment.
   - Proven skills in relationship building, customer-focus,
   decision-making, and problem solving.
   - Excellent communication skills.
   - Ability to quickly produce clearly written, well-organized
   documentation.
   - Demonstrated ability to quickly learn the business.
   - Good project management skills.
   - Accounting knowledge.
   - Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills.

   - SAP Certification
   - Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

*Description**:*

The ERP Solutions Manager is a senior hands-on position responsible for
on-going maintenance, support and enhancements of ERP SD and FI. This
position will be part of the competency center in support of the ERP
business systems and processes. The resource will work with the rest of the
SAP support team to drive enhancements and projects in the sales order and
accounting areas. The candidate is expected to have good understanding of
SAP implementation methodology and full life cycle implementation and
support knowledge.

Will supervise 2 - 3 analysts

   - Responsible for on-going maintenance and support of ERP.
   - Support the ERP business systems and processes.
   - Work with the rest of the support team to drive enhancements and
   projects in ERP.
   - Responsible and accountable for setting and meeting deadlines.
   - Lead efforts with internal customers to analyze, define processes and
   translate business requirements into functional specifications.
   - Configure ERP SD and FI per requirements.
   - Work collaboratively with department managers to develop work plans and
   realize stated milestones/deliverables on time and on budget.
   - Coordinate activities with various Business and Technical Leads on
   other teams such as QA, Basis Admin, BI and SAP Application Development
   teams.
   - Plan, prioritize, supervise and co-ordinate the work of others in a
   team environment.
   - Lead and participate in the creation of standards while adhering to
   department policies, methodologies, standards and guidelines.
   - Perform testing activities including construction of test plans/scripts
   and including the expected results and the validation of test results
   necessary to ensure the objects meet functional and technical requirements.
   - Provide alternatives based on best practices and SAP functionality.
   - Coach inexperienced team members and provide first level advice on
   procedures/work methods for peers. Ensure that assigned jobs are completed
   on time and meet the specified requirements of our users.
   - Other job related duties and/or special projects as assigned.
