This position will provide broad cross-domain and cross-disciplinary expertise in establishing the scope that will be used to design and develop the department's software solution. As a member of the project team, the analyst will work in an interactive environment with business and technical staff to ensure a high degree of collaboration in support of a successful overall solution. Responsibilities for this role will include working with Motor Vehicle business users to define business requirements, designing software solutions, developing business specification artifacts for the enterprise, and collaborating with a highly skilled software development team. The analyst will also be responsible for business optimization and transformation.
