Lead QA Consultant Mayfield, OH 6+ Months Required testing skills: Ability to organize and lead large, complex testing efforts. The total project size will be between 50K - 75K hours. The candidate will need to effectively allocate work and monitor progress. Ability to write a test approach/strategy. Must have experience leading an automation strategy for a project. Should have some hands-on experience with automation w/ QTP being the preferred tool. Experience in issue resolution and status reporting. Comfortable in using Quality Center (QC/ALM) to generate data for metrics & reports. Ability to conduct test risk analysis. Understanding of SQL Queries, Views, and Stored Procedures. Understanding of web services and the technologies that support them. Experience with basic testing types including: Component (Black Box), Security, Usability, Web Services, Mainframe, Database, and Desktop/Client. Experience with packaged software implementations including integration with legacy systems. Preferred testing skills: Experience with Framework for Integrated Test (FIT) and WebDriver. Key soft skills: Strong written & verbal communication skills. Must be able to deal with large teams and senior managers.
