Please send BA candidates with experience working on the IT team supporting
*Finance* systems (*any system* - does NOT have to be AX - open to
JDEdwards, SAP, etc.)  Preferably this candidate will have worked on *supply
chain or retail projects*. We want a blend of functional & technical
skills, but more functional. The WWE will be implementing an inventory
management system so anyone with inventory finance project experience is
ideal. WWE is also open to seeing contract candidates.



*Original* *Job Spec;*



The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance &
support for WWE's consumer products systems for licensing, talent
royalties, e-commerce shop and venue. Provide application expertise for
medium to high complexity projects/initiatives as they relate to the
implementation and support of these application and/or infrastructure
technology in a multi-platform environment. The Application Support
Analysts' principal responsibility is to ensure the availability of all
line-of-business application systems and overall technology production
support of WWE's critical business systems. This includes liasoning with
the business users in a BA capacity to understand business processes and
come up with solutions to meet technology needs and enhance system
functionality.

*RESPONSIBILITIES *

   - Work closely with the business users to analyze and assess existing
   business systems and procedures and take the lead on systems enhancements
   - Assist in the definition, development & documentation of software'
   business requirements, objectives, deliverables and specifications on a
   project by project basis in collaboration with internal users and
   departments
   - Collaborate with other members of the application development team in
   conceptualizing and developing of new software programs and applications
   - Liaise with systems administrators, engineers and Help Desk
   technicians to assist in resolving problems with software products or
   corporate software systems
   - Work closely with offshore development teams to translate business
   requirements into software development requirements. Deliver solutions and
   updates provided by offshore teams to the business
   - Develop and maintain user manuals and guidelines
   - Train end users to operate new or modified programs
   - Provide second and third level support for various business critical
   and high volume applications
   - Recommend, schedule and install software improvements and upgrades as
   required

*REQUIREMENTS*

   - 8+ years of IT application & SDLC experience
   - *3-5 years working with inventory, sales, distribution Ecommerce
   platforms *
   - Experience working with Dynamics AX or any ERP system is a plus
   - *3 years experience in implementing and managing ERP applications
   within large and complex environments, including procurement, sales &
   inventory*
   - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, demonstrated
   ability to communicate highly technical information to all levels of the
   organization
   - Apparel management, licensing product and media/sports entertainment
   industry knowledge is a plus
   - Experience working with *Financial applications like ERP, AP, AR,
   Payroll*
   - Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and appropriately
   prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
   - Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new
   technologies
   - Must be highly self-motivated and self-directed
   - BA Degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communications
   Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline +5 years experience
   (or Masters' + 2 years experience)
