*Position*: Sr. Java Server Side Developer *Location*: OR *Duration*: 11 Months Qualifications Describe the Key Projects/Deliverables associated with this role: • Server Side Development Skills/Roles Required for this Position: (Please quantify the years of experience) Top Must Have: • 2+ years agile software development • 2+ years XP/Test Driven Development practices • 2+ years Scrum/Kanban work management practices • 4+ years Java • 4+ years JBoss, Tomcat or Apache • 2+ years JMS (Integration & Eventing) • 2+ years Spring Beans & some Spring Frameworks (Dependency Injection, Aspect Oriented Programming (AOP)) • 2+ year Hibernate and JUnit • Proficient with SVN • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills • Ability to adhere to strict design patterns and principles and at times be responsible to define them • Working knowledge of Component Based Design Principles.
