Adhere to the estimates and target timeline • Conduct code reviews amongst the team • Perform functional testing on the Comps Tool front-end. Address functional and performance issues pro-actively • Collaborate with infrastructure team to package the software for deployment Required Skills: • 5+ years of experience developing user facing applications in C# .Net. Strong knowledge of VSTO, user interface components, and threading • 5+ years of experience in MS SQL. Fluent with SQL queries, stored procedure, functions, and database performance tuning • 3+ years of experience in Linux/Unix shell programming • Good software development discipline: employ design patterns, develop unit tests, continuous integration • Good inter-personal skills. Is a team player. Open for new ideas and suggestions. Willing to share his or her opinions.
