Lead Siebel Business Analyst Location: Mooresville, NC Length: 6 months Interview: Phone Required Skills: As a Siebel Lead Business Analyst you may be responsible for leading and/or participating in following types of tasks associated with Siebel initiatives: Process definition and design Requirements definition and mapping Test definition, scenario, and script development Leading test execution Leading training definition and development General change management activities In this role you will work with client representatives and technical teams in developing solutions that address the people, process, and technology needs of the organization. As a lead, you may also be responsible for defining, developing, and managing work plans, mentoring and developing junior team members, establishing team level standards, processes, and procedures, issue identification and management, etc. Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful and timely development and delivery of all Siebel related functional work products. Desired Skills: . Individuals being considered for this position must have the following skills: . Superb written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills . Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable leading both small and large group discussions . Significant Consulting/client facing background . Outstanding teamwork skills . Keen attention to detail . Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities . Multiple experiences with process definition and design, requirements definition and mapping, participation in testing and/or training phases . Outstanding academic achievement with a strong record of extracurricular activity and leadership . At least 3 years of Siebel implementation experience (at least 1 in 7.5 or greater preferred) . Participation in each phase of at least three full Siebel lifecycle implementations . Functional configuration and/or design experience in one or more Siebel suite of products (SSA, Call Center, etc.) . Siebel Business Analyst certification (7.0 or greater) . Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies .
