Very Good Unix knowledge (HP) . In-depth knowledge of Tiger . Good knowledge of Shell scripting using perl/sed/awk . Strong experience supporting mission critical relational databases . Considerable experience in Oracle 10g . Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills . Must have excellent learning abilities . Skilled in scripting and automating repetitive administrative tasks . Able to work effectively in high pressure situations . Performance Monitoring & Tuning . Middleware (Tuxedo, Weblogic) Requirements . At least 5 years of CRM thin client and Smart Client technical experience including but not limited to CIM and Support applications, CRM data model, SLA Manager, Integration Gateway etc. . Strong J2EE skills (Java, EJB, Web Services) . At least 3 years of knowledge of HP/SUN OS, Experience with Web Servers and Application servers (Websphere or Weblogic) is a must. . At least 3 years of Unix scripting and SQL experience. . CRM configuration/administration knowledge. . Proven record of excellent performance.
