job Title: Sr. Data Modeler location: South Field, MI Duration: 6+ Months *Description:* The Senior *Data Modeler* is primarily responsible for d*efining business data requirements and translating those data requirements into logical and physical database models.* The design of the database models will include *operational databases, analytical data warehouses*, and specific *data marts designed *to support batch, operational, and analytical processing and ad hoc business reporting. *Skill Set:* (3-5) years data modeling experience. · Minimum three - five (3-5) years Relational database (Sybase or Oracle) experience (SQL scripts, stored procedures, triggers, etc.). · Three to five years experience with Unix/AIX preferred. · Data modeling, Oracle database, and Unix/AIX experience can be concurrent. · One to three years Database Administration experience including tuning/optimization and monitoring (preferred).
