General Description : Primary responsibilities include enterprise Software
compliance and Virtual desktop administration . Will be responsible for
monitoring, reporting, troubleshooting and support of all VDI, desktop and
SW Compliance issues for company NA Enterprise. SCCM Security patch
deployment experience is a plus. Additional responsibilities are to provide
level 4 desktop and project support on request. This job requires strong
technical, communications and business skills. This position is mostly
administration, estimated 40% administration and 60% technical in a given
week
*Requirements/Must Have : *
Windows 7/8.1 technical support experience with advanced knowledge of the
Windows registry, file and folder security, local/domain user security, and
operating system troubleshooting. Desktop Support (provide Level 4 problem
solving resolution for Mfg. and R&D). Applicant must have excellent
troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Working knowledge of TCP/IP,
DNS, WINS, DHCP, VPN, IPSec, and thin/thick/web application architectures.
Trend OfficeScan Anti-Virus administration is a plus
*Skills & Qualification : *
Microsoft Desktop Admin certified Virtual Desktop Experience or
certification SCCM 2012 experience is a plus
