Reporting to the Senior Director, Program and Project Management for MET,
the Senior Program and Project Management, will support the development and
management of a multiple programs in innovation and project management
Enterprise MET COE.

Key internal relationships will include functional Strategy Leaders,
segment leaders & Development Strategy Leaders, Finance Leaders, Strategy
Council members (JJSC, segment and function), Project Portfolio Management
(PPM), Enterprise Program Directors and Change and Communication Leaders.

Key external relationships will include strategic benchmarking, consulting
organizations and industry associations.

The senior program manager will drive the implementation of all governance
processes to manage the portfolio of strategic programs and projects,
including prioritization, resource allocation, and measurement against
segment Supply Chain goals to ensure the business commitments are achieved.

Implement standard best practices for project management, measurement and
prioritization.

Develop and define the master list of Supply Chain improvement projects
within the segment SC, including business case, resources, project
timelines, deliverables and metrics.

Establish program tracking and reporting to ensure segment SC is on track
for key benefits realization and to meet the needs of the Sector Senior
Leadership.

Drive implementation of best practices and standard methods for project
management (FPX and PMI/PMBOK) and measurement processes.

Implement an agile and efficient process to prioritize projects within the
portfolio, and flow appropriate resources to ensure benefits are realized.

Drive effective risk management and corrective action processes to minimize
overall program risk and enhance benefits realization.

Partner with Finance to ensure close alignment on benefits and resource
forecasting, prioritization and measurement.

Partner with segment Senior Leadership, including Vice Presidents of Plan,
Source, Make and Quality to ensure programs are aligned with priorities and
appropriate adjustments and priorities are established and maintained.

Partner with Change Leader and Communications Leader to institutionalize
effective project and program management into the culture within the
segment SC.

Integrate segment portfolio management processes and tracking with the
Enterprise Strategy and Deployment organization.

Integrate portfolio management processes with the Delivery Strategy and
Deployment, which reports into the Product Supply organization.
