Please send the resumes at su...@cncconsulting.com Job Title: Data Analyst/Business Intelligence Location: Long Island City, NY Duration: 3 Months In person interview SCOPE OF SERVICES The Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) team within the Division of Mental Hygiene needs a business intelligent/Data Analyst to work with business users to analyze data and create reports that allow business users to make better timely decisions regarding the AOT program. Work with business users to define report requirements, building the report solution, testing for quality and finally reviewing with the user to ensure the products meet requirements. Perform analysis to set user’s focus in order to support overall business goals. Duties will include: Developing, testing, validating and maintaining reports that address business needs. Generate operational reports, dashboards, hierarchical aggregation and data models. Developing summary and detail level reports with businesses data using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Creating custom and ad hoc SQL queries that help answer business questions and provide supplemental data to business stakeholders. Aggregating business data by classifying, manipulating and evaluating very large data sets. Become a subject matter expert and advocate of Business Intelligence Mentor others in the team in Business Intelligence technology Develop report templates Define, develop and deploy automated dashboards, reports and visualizations to enable metrics-driven decisions Experienced in OLAP and setting up dimension tables and creating trend reports SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Longitudinal Report per AOT Consumer Analyze, define and standardize the data Create report(s) and data visuals (charts, graphs, etc.) Review, test and debug Documentation- based on the Bureau of Mental Health Standards Code annotation-based on the Bureau of Mental Health Guidelines Use of data- describe how the data works Application usage-describe how the application was used to create the report(s) Hierarchical Aggregation per AOT Staff Analyze, define and standardize the data Create report(s) and data visuals (charts, graphs, etc.) Review, test and debug Documentation- based on the Bureau of Mental Health Standards Code annotation-based on the Bureau of Mental Health Guidelines Use of data- describe how the data works Application usage-describe how the application was used to create the report(s) Mandatory Skill/Expertise A thorough knowledge of SQL Server Transact SQL & SQL Server Analysis Services. Experience with creating and using Stored Procedures and SQL Server Functions. Experience with table and stored procedure design, SSIS, SSRS, complex SQL queries. Experienced in OLAP and setting up dimension tables and creating trend reports. Experience writing reports with various reporting tools with a focus on SQL Server Reporting Services. Ability to understand businesses process and data flows. Ability to maintain complete confidentiality.
